Looks like we've been made to look miserly money hoarders, by Bayern Munich, or I should say our club
has..........please read on
""Thus, every Bayern fan who buys a ticket for the game on February 19 in London (will pay) only €45.00
(instead of the regular € 75.00).
"This is intended to represent a small thank you for the great support of the followers in the past calendar year."
Arsenal fans are already displeased with the current rates for single and season tickets at the Emirates, with the Arsenal Independent Supporters’ Association having expressed their disappointment last month when yet another hike for 2014-15 fees was announced.
The Premier League has done little in recent years to try and shake loose its reputation as being one of, if not the most, costly place to watch football in the world."
My point??...Could or would we ever see such a move from our club??
Yes, and pigs will fly first........
Question. Has anyone any idea, or can remember how much it cost to get into The North Bank in say, 1980++
Then 'Go compare' with todays price for the cheapest ticket at The Arab Emirates.
Now you will have the true cost of 'watching' your club play a simple game of football......yet continue to be baffled by some of their performances in the past, to a packed stadium.
Perhaps a fool and his money are after all, easily parted........And they 'The Arab Arsenal Consortium', know it.
Meanwhile Wenger keeps his cards close to his chest; as though it is important that no one knows who he wants and how much he would pay. As if it were up to him.......???? The Games' people play...
The prices are indeed a disgrace at the Emirates. The working class man, whose game it is, who built the club over generations, who supported the club through thick AND thin, is being priced out of attending games. Arsenal is being turned into a club for the middle classes. A game at the Emirates has been likened to going to watch an Opera, not a football match. It really is bloody sad and yes, Wenger, like many linked with Arsenal from the old days too, should stand up and speak out against the constant (well, almost, didn't they put a freeze on prices last year when the club was doing less well?) price hikes.

Not you then, Frodo, you never go to games, so definitely don't support them through thick OR thin!

£26 the cheapest tickets for most games, and you can't afford that?
Maybe if you spent less on chick peas, or supporting Crystal Palace!
