    Southampton's high-energy, non-stop running approach?

I'm surprised that many people aren't asking questions about their high pressing tactics game in game out and to think that they do that for 90 minutes every match is amazing. But where do they get their energy from?, as they don't seem to get tired playing that way. Normally, you would expect a team who play the way the Saints do in the first half to be gasping for breathe in the second period but not Southampton as they seem to be going from strength to strength which is weird.

I'd like to hear the opinion of any budding Sports Scientist out there on this issue.
