  • Just because I won't be supporting England in the World Cup, doesn't mean I hate England. On the contrary there's a lot I like about it. It's not down to jealousy, hatred of England, lack of personal identity, etc., it's down to the fact that I'm not English. Is that too complex for people to grasp? I'm a proud Scot, I love my country, but I'm not going out to buy a Sweden or Trinidad and Tobago shirt, not because I'm supporting England, it's because I'm ambivalent. I'm just not too bothered how well they do. Is that so wrong? from a supporter of the Kirin Cup Champions 2006 who have France and Italy in their 2008 Euro Qual group..#$%$.
