    formula1teamwear.com

    Hello,

Has anyone ever ordered successfully from formula1teamwear.com?

I ordered back in July and still have no order, they have promised me a refund which I still havent got.

There are no contact details on the website, just a customer service email address that they never reply from.

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it as I'm concerned I may have been conned out of my £70.

    Thanks

    • Hi, I have a similar problem with Formula1teamwear.com, no reply to multiple emails sent to the 'customerservices' email address: customerservice@formula1teamwear.com
I did get a delivery (took 3 months), but a Large instead of the Small ordered.
Interesting that up to delivery, I had quite good communication, but since - zilch!
I don't know how to progress this any further.
      Robin.

        Phone: 01243 642124
        Fax: 01903 839743

I would aso contact FOM as they are the licence holders for F1 merchandising as they are selling official F1 licensed merchandise and giving the sport a bad name. You could claim in the small claims court for your lost money but I would get professional legal advice first to see where you stand
