once again a ref has made a wrong call regarding a hand ball. it happened last season when a penalty was awarded against Micha Richards for a handball when the ball stuck his hand clarly first bouncing of his knee. This time it was awarded in exactly the same way against Jack Rodwell, resulting in a free kick from which a goal was scored! While i conceed that it was a well taken goal, if the ref had used his eyes then clearly the free kick would not have been given and City would probably have gone on to win the match. I think Refs should be held to account after a match to justify such decisions.
