    Fergie uses a "Rafa Rant"???

Didn't everyone complain earlier in the year when Liverpool lost a game and Rafa complained about not getting penalties (I think we even got one in the game and he was pushing for another one or two)?? Now Fergie wants to use that as an excuse for why they lost (same as he always does)...but I hope the press and everyone else will pick up on his former criticisms of Rafa and see what he is doing and tell him to shut his mouth.....

Man U couldn't hardly get efforts on goal let alone scoring opportunitieis....I LOVE Jamie C., but he's gotta start adapting for his lack of pace compared to the speedy forwards he marks in the middle....

Fergie....if you have to rely on getting penalties to win a game THEN YOU DON'T DESERVE TO WIN IT!!!!

    • Of course it made no difference, but did anyone else notice how much time was added to yesterday's match? 5 minutes I think the official time added, but for what?

Kuyt got a pretty nasty bang on the head thanks to Evra, and went off rather quickly after eventually the ref saw a head injury, but other than that I don't remember that much time being taken off the clock. Did I miss something that might have added up to 5 minutes?

But on the Rant, to be honest its sounding a bit like a broken record, and I think (or at least hope) the press and others understand what this is all about. It’s all about deflection, and trying to win the next big decision. But the constant complaining is getting old and obvious.

Credit to SAF for stating LFC were the better team, but he had to do it after he'd got a good long statement on how the ref's decisions were impacted by the atmosphere. While he thinks it will change the story in the press, its likely to be a red flag to investigate Utd's form every time fergie complains. And, while he may think complaining will put the pressure on the refs to see the next close one his way, its just as likely to backfire on him as do you really feel sympathy for someone who these days seems to be constantly griping at you?

    • I love SAF comments after the game.... JC should have been sent off for being the last man, and Vidic was unlucky (in the same situation) GO FIGURE!!!!!!!?

As always SAF double standards yet again.

Agreed that during the first half alot of 50-50 decisions went the way of LFC, BUT during the second half the 50 - 50 decisions went against LFC so alls fair in love and war, what goes around comes around.

      YNWA - THANKYOU RED MEN
