    Thanks Dirk and good luck!

'He has been a great servant', thats the same thing all half intelligent LFC fans will be putting across, thats exactly what he is. In many ways its sad to lose such a proffesional guy who understood fully the LFC way but in all honesty at 32 his all action heroics were soon to slow down. Unlike a Scholes or Lampard, there isnt really any silk under that workrate to carry him into later life at a high standard. Im glad personally that he isnt going to be on the books next year, we look to be setting a standard for players with technical ability as a pre-requisite, something we have been lacking in desperately this year, especially when seeing Spearing and Shelvey pulling the strings in the centre!

There was nothing sweeter then watching Hollands ugliest man smash a hat trick past United but it is very much thanks for the efforts and now we will move along.
