Bristol City Message Board
Stewards had to restrain glory supporters from ripping down the Moyes banner at OT last night.
HILARIOUS isn't it Rikki!?!?!
You got that bet on yet son!?!?!
PS. Where's your mate 'Piggy' dissapeared to!!?!?!
"Why would i 'eat humble pie'?"
For claiming the title in November, and ridiculing United for missing out on the CL.
"You placed that bet on United winning titles again from next season yet Rikki?"
You keep making it up as you go along, Midget, I may well bet on United next season, when I've seen the squad, only an idiot like you would do otherwise.
I did bet on Arsenal this season though, on them NOT winning the league! Unfortunately, I only got 7/2.
I don't see anything funny from your side of the street, Midget, you have a manager who doesn't have a clue how to change a game, and a team of bottlers, sliding down the table.
YOU claimed the title in November, now you're admitting you'll probably end up fifth!
ROTFLYAO? Me no tink sew!
"Although I disagree with his Wilshere assessment "
If you are going to disagree with something, don't you think you should at least include it, so that it might be possible to know what you're talking about?
It is hard to disagree with his assessment and I sort of agreed with his Wilshire assessment. I do think in Wilshire's case it is a combo of many injuries and no leaders or role models to teach him the trade.
But how can we build on the Ramsey's, Theo's, and Wilshere's if we know they won't stay healthy? No doubt these guys are good players when fit but you can't be good or develop as a young player when you spend large parts of your careers out injured.
Scholes wasn't too biased either as he ripped into Man U as well.

A darned sight closer to Argentina, than England, idiot....is Belfast in England, Einstein ???
I have both Vidic & Kompany jani. The main reason for Vidic is he's a cheap alternative to Rosicky. Poldi's goal & assist could limit Rosicky's game time, whereas Vidic looks a pretty good option h) Villa now he's back. Utd have been leaky, true... but they've also got 4 c/s's in the last 6 PL games, "only" conceding to Liverpool & City.
Over the course of the season both Lpool and City have lost in similar circumstances to that of Arsenal last night. Luck plays its part. Ours has run out of late.
That said, i think Arsenal have been in relatively poor form since the turn of the year.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....OWNED BY A GEORDIE, each and every single time!!!
Arsenal have blown it big time I'm afraid, with our inexplicably abject showing against our close rivals away from home. I think there's no way back for us as City still have 2 games in hand. Should City win their games in hand, they would be 9 points ahead of Arsenal with only 6 games to go, that's a huge gap to bridge at this late stage in the season. Had we taken the full 3 points on offer against Swansea, maybe that would have kept us in the race, as things stand, I just can't see the 3 teams above us all collapsing to let Arsenal in again.
The way Palace dismantled Chelsea tactically today makes one wonder how Wenger prepares his team for the head-to-head games against our closest rivals. Palace were very unlucky and didn't deserve to lose at Stamford Bridge early in the season, they got their just reward today thanks to Tony Pulis' tactical nous, Pulis outwitted Mourinho thanks to the way he set his team up. Additionally, Palace were up for it and it showed in their approach as they won all the 50/50 challenges and restricted Chelsea throughout the game to half chances, and Hazard was anonymous for the away side and barely threatened which again was mainly down to the way Pulis set them up.
...." Everton are coming, and looking formidable..."
The 'latest' breaking news (well, 24hours old by the time he gets it) from the anal one, Rectal Rikki, blowing out of his backside again, trying to convince people in Europe and not the third world down under, that someone in Australia knows something we don't, about our game in our country! Strange old geyser...that's 'blow hard' to you Rikkity.
Funny though last time I looked I think Manure (United in Grief) must have missed the bus, 'cos I don't see them 'coming' anywhere....forgive me if I belly chuckle at that. Perhaps some prayers down your local Kingdom Hall, with a copy of the Good Book. You know the one Im talking about Rikki...the latest gay cartoon one 'Tarzan Swings With Apes & Orangutans'....BTW . Arsenal 1 City 1. Manure 0 City 3 Ring any bells Rikki???
On a serious note, Rikki, what do you make of Moyes' reign thus far?
Do you think he should be given enough time to finish the job he started?
"Do you think he(Moyes) should be given enough time to finish the job he started?? "
Yes! Of course. If you mean the good job he started of finishing in the bottom ten....

''80% possession means nothing''. Not always true, as you would have more chances of scoring if you retain possession of the ball than letting the opposing side keep hold of the ball for large period of the game. I think Bayern were their own worse enemy at Old Trafford as they tried to walk the ball into a parked defence aqnd into the net when a simple long range shot at goal would have done the trick. They made Man U's job too easy for them with their lack of attacking variation on the day. The introduction of Mandzukic changed the game for Bayern as Mandzukic is the right sort of forward who bullies tight defence, they got their break through his intelligent movement in the box.
