  • just when things were back to normal, without the tiresome moron Ricki 'the cabbage head' Altree, we now have to wipe the forum floor with this poor excuse for a £10 pom. trying to convince nobody on here that he has been away travelling. If he hadn't been such a boring liar most of his existence, we may have believed him. As it is you will have to forgive us Rikki but nobody even remembers who you are let alone asking anyone to accept your nonsense. Was there no way they would let you stay in the bali bush with your tin cup loin cloth and sandals ? You are and about as welcome and worn as a beggars purse on here, and just as empty of any credibility.

  • ...and in they marched into Old Trafford and collected a 0-1 win!

Lovely start to 2015 I think...you gotta larf, really, you do!

  • Wenger isn't going to be given the boot just yet, much to the annoyance of some. More likely supporters are seeking assurances of how Wenger thinks he is going to turn around their recent form. Some smart January buys would be a good start, with defensive reinforcements an absolute priority - and PLEASE not any more attacking midfielders.

Arsenal should have beaten Mancnobber Ushyted.

Don't worry Oinks those shyte heads, they got lucky as usual. It ain't gonna save them. The Cairns wally has obviously dropped his compass in the jungle we hope, and is now going round Cairns in circles mumbling something about where the feck am I ........

Upon further reflection I don't think any of the above defensive signings will make all the difference. It would help but I think a bit of work on defending during training would do a lot more. Particularly avoiding the constant recurring error of having too many players in front of the ball exposing our (slow) defenders and leaving them isolated against counter breaks. Prevent the stuff Wenger constantly refers to as "naive" defending, or no defending. With Mertesacker being as slow as molasses you can not leave him in isolated situations.

Running out of things to say

    by Govinda Nov 5, 2014 08:06

I think the result was not as bad as the effort. At least Wenger seems to realize, judging by his post match comments, that this was an awful performance.

I do think had we won the game we could have pulled of a small miracle and beat Dortmund at home with a chance to win the group and avoid some of the big teams who will kill us of in the round of final 16.

  • Go ahead, tell me how we should have won and were the better team and all that other stuff that Wenger lovers used to spout. We lost be cause we are not good enough and that includes squad and manager for the last 10 years or so.

  • Hi my little sunshine. I won't rub your face in the fact that I don't post under another name. Neither will I rub your face in the fact that you can clearly not make a distinction between the following two sentences. "Next in line is a spanking by Van Gaal and his struggling team" and "Next in line is a likely spanking by Van Gaal and his struggling team." The first sentence is a lot like Sanchez saying the 3 points from the Swansea game are coming back to London.

Finally, apparently unlike you, I prefer Arsenal winning over my expectations being correct.

Let us hope Wenger hits his head and travels back 10-15 years in time and goes out and buys Hummels and Khedeira or Carvalho.

Hahaha, I knew it wouldn't take long for you to BITE!

" nobody even remembers who you are" ..... Except YOU, Mr "I Watched From The North Bank Fifty Years Ago" Brown!

And the Geordie Child, of course, he's been worried sick for seven weeks that I wouldn't come back, cos I'm all he lives for, I'm his online fantasy world, along with his pretend house in France, his pretend property empire, his pretend fleet of classic cars, and his pretend wife!

So get back to "normal", yank, run down everyone who has an opinion on football .... John and Govinda, and show us just what a twot you are!

PS: How's Gillian, has she found the number for the cops yet? I'll bet they're just itching to track me down for insulting you!

    LMFAO!!

  • ...defending again against an equally shambolic Stoke, as were some of the other results today. shambolic Chelsea, as well as L'pool, Tottenham, Everton, and most of the top ten. So its not just Arsenal. The result didn't matter at all in terms of position in the league. Manure going dutch, will as usual go backwards again and we are all back to where we were a week ago. Time to wake up another shambolic human, who is probably well into his third bottle of rum on a Saturday night. We should be getting some of his bucolic vomiting on here some time soon. He's about as boring as Manchester's football......

An easy 1-4 win for Arsenal against Galatasaray, it's just a shame Arsenal are not getting results like this week in and week out in the Premier League or they could easily be sitting top of the league!

    OINK OINK!!!

  • ....No!!!!??? Good God! I'm move to tears. Surely there has to some complaints like it should have been 10 - 1. Well 5 at least seeing how Welbeck never touched the other bloke before scoring. But I think I'll go to Rio on that result, rather than fly blown Bali. Anyway its full of kids and old bald blokes in thongs and Speedo briefs (Budgie smugglers ) with their fat gut hanging over them. Can't be much fun unless your into that kind of thing.

Good result, Lewis Hamilton, a SPORTSMAN, wins SPORTSMAN of the Year.

Snooker is a GAME, not a sport, good luck to Sullivan for GAMER of the Year.

Well the early news reports Podolski is off to Milan on loan.

My guess it is with an option to buy at the end of the season.

In my humble opinion, this just made our squad weaker.

  • bad result for us but the way we played we didn't deserve more IMO.

Since this board seems dead, I will spare myself the typing of what we could have tried to do to improve the second half after a poor first half.

I still think 4th is out of reach for us.

You better hope that Arsene Wenger doesn't turn it around, because I'm saving this and I'm going to rub your moaning bl..dy face in it.

I thought you don't bother with the likes of me?

  • Probably by many opinions, the greatest snooker player ever to pick up a cue. Yet never once invited, when there were times he would have won the Sports Personality of the Year award hands down
O'Sullivan's snub is not only thoroughly embarrassing joke, it is bloody disgraceful. A skier who is visually impaired and her guide have been nominated. So too has Charlotte Dujardin for a spot of horse-dancing, or dressage as it is better known, with her horse Valegro. But not a World Champion who has entertained and provided some of the greatest snooker, and 147 breaks the world has ever seen, for millions upon millions of BBC viewers
You would have been as well nominating the Newcastle United fan who decided to do a spot of horse boxing a few years back. You couldn't make it up. But in the BBC's case you can. You would have got a better list of candidates asking the horse. The BBC? A place for fairies and horse faced women who prefer the former.

  • no sign of butch the cairns mongrel utd supporter when he's needed to explain how Manure cant win a trick with the Dutch 'master' ARRRRHHHHH! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha h aha....oh dear pmsl so much. What was that?? Van who?? AARRRHHH! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha........Rickety Rooney! AARRHHH! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.....oh please!!!

Now Govinda, if that didn't satisfy you watching Arsene Wengers team give Hughes and his Stoke bully boys a good spanking, sending them back to where they came from looking like well slapped #$%$ They were chasing shadows the whole game and couldn't believe they looked like wax statues we were playing against

    Monaco-Arsenal predictions

    by Govinda Mar 17, 2015 14:45

Top 3 finish would be great and arguably and sadly the best progress we can now hope for. The FA cup would be a nice consolation price.

I would take top 3 over FA cup and 4th. I think a top 3 would help in the summer recruitment since it guarantees CL football and top players nowadays tend to want that guarantee. I hate waiting till the after CL pre-qualifying to see if we sign top players.

Having said that 5th at this point is as likely as 3rd or 2nd IMO. At least no more pointless CL football to tire our squad.
