That's rather unfair Old Mother Oink. Fab has been a stalwart of the rear guard action needed on here to stymie some of the more ignorant, who don't have a drop of any clubs blood in their veins; and I'm sorry to say that includes you. No offense but what if anything have you ever supported? Certainly no team that we on here have ever recognised from you, giving the kind of support we give Wenger and his/our team.

...." Meanwhile, Liverpool would be well rested before Sunday thanks to their customary 7-8 days rest time between games all season long. City's David Silva picked up an injury on Monday night having played too many games in a short period."
That's a good point slayer. Others don't seem to have noticed, including me, forgetting just how cushy it has been for L'pool.
JM is hinting at not fielding any of his available CL SF 2nd leggers @'pool. So even MS may not feature. Then we have a DGW for Hart & DDG in particular, so that leaves the final game @Cardiff? Yeah if you have a few spare units it maybe worth it for wk 38, but probably not as essential as if it had been earlier in the season.
S.cazorla..... Ozil..... Huddleston.....nasri........
Take a risk by drop Suarez n gerard.
I agree that Henderson is a loss. He's been excellent all year, only slightly masked by the brilliance of Suarez in particular. I'm really going off Lucas too. For me he brings nothing to the table other than taking up a place.
I see that Maureen will discuss a weakened side with the real Chelsea manager and go from there. But I agree CL will be a priority for them.
I see Sterling again being the critical player creating trouble and confusion between the lines, that is if Rodgers plays the same way as we did against Norwich.
While a draw would still be sufficient (provided we win the remaining games afterwards) I would like to see us win all 3. Mainly as it will be another record for the team and another finger in the direction of Ferguson who will have an influence on who will be United's next manager. It's almost perfect with him basically ripping apart everything he's built.
I can understand that the fans lost faith in him and that giving him a big budget was risky but for me non of that takes away that, class, compassion and respect are human qualities that make this world we live in a nicer place.
Just because not all of us are here to succeed in every way doesn't mean we are less deserving of these qualities IMO. For me there was little doubt Moyes tried his best and is a classy guy, he should have been able to expect the same from the club and fans, even in his sacking.

I think Liverpool had fewer games which clearly helped, but Arsenal for example contributed to their own down fall by over playing key players. Wenger even admitted he "might" have over played Ramsey and we all know about the number of games Walcott played after being back for a relatively short period. Ozil also was over played. He was often taken out by Mourinho around 70 minutes in a slower less physical league, Wenger plays him until he is clearly burned out and through the winter, even SAF would give Ronaldo a winter break.
Arsenal have a lot of improvement to make in the area of squad management and injury management.
Who knows maybe we can still catch Chelsea.
Let's see how Liverpool do next year and let's see how Wenger does in the transfer market. Liverpool has a young and promising team yet I am sure they will continue to improve their squad by bring in new players.
Arsenal need more than 1 new player this summer and will have to move quickly before the WC starts. This does not look like something Wenger is capable of delivering. More likely he will dither and wait till after the WC at which point our target's price tag might have gone up too much for Wenger's liking.
I am keeping my fingers crossed and continue to hope for a top quality striker and a dominating box-to-box midfield player and a speedy winger.
Here is my team for week 36
B1: Ryan Bertrand
B4: Steve Harper
Not for us, but indirectly for us, via way of Jose Maureeno and his 400M "threadbare" squad.. poor guy. After watching, arguably, the worst BPL Champions League performance I've ever seen, tonight by the Stoke City London Chelsea Potters, and their accumulation of cards / injuries, along with needing lots of help, it's got me wondering what the "Spending One" will do..
I read that Ramires will receive a 4 match ban to be announced tomorrow, for that classy forearm smash vs Sunderland, Cech is out with a dislocated shoulder, Eto'o won't be risked, Hazard is a big risk, and Terry rolled his ankle badly.. Considering some of these issues and a tie in 6 days back in London, I have no doubt, Jose will prioritize CL, BUT will do whatever he can to ruin our parade.
I'll predict right now, Schwarzer, Ivanovic, Cahill, Matic, Oscar, Ba, Salah, Azpilicueta, Schurrle, will be definite starters, with Terry / Hazard / Willian a question, and maybe Lampard since he's banned from UCL.
I know this thread is mostly about them, and not us, but I want to win this game so badly, perhaps more than the match at OT in 2008/09, for my disdain towards Chelsea and Jose, and in trying to figure out what he has available, makes it an immense tactical battle, which I think BR is bound to figure out.
My only wish for our part, is that we had Jordan available. He was a big miss, as Lucas was a mess. Allen is a little engine himself, but doesn't offer much going forward yet, whereas Jordan even compensates for no Danny. If we have Sturridge 100% fit, I hope we figure out a way to pick them and their parked bus apart!
WE GO AGAIN!
But went down 100 places overall. Now in 992 and scored 117 points in week 35. It´s a bit strange.
Team for 36th week:
Sagna Zabaleta Kompany
Nasri Cazorla Ozil Ramsey
Aguero Giroud Suarez
Bench: Bertrand, Armero, Rodwell, K.Davis
...." I mean, would you buy a second hand car from someone called Rikki Altree? Stands to reason why you wouldn't, even the club he supports would sell their own grandmother for a tin cup, and pay an ex plasterer 4.5 mil a year to sell them down the river, for all his friends in L'pool. You couldn't make it up, its so comical. Old Trafford, Old has beens, Old thinking, bunch of dollar loving Old farts...who lost it back in the time when they employed an Old Glaswegian Jock, who then gave them all the Old tin cups they ever wanted and in the process relieved them of enough of their money to pay for race horses, a Rolls, and a Villa in the sun, plus a tidy little sum to retire on that would have kept him for two life times. Outstanding Manure. Absolutely without comparison. The easiest mark in the world. Even Beckham is sitting on a fortune compliments of Manure and the Jock. And now who are they left with?? Old Golly Giggs...who also stands to make a fortune out of the mugs. Oh dear I've gotta go, I'm PMSL here.......but hey! what a game that Moyes played. He was script perfect down to the finest detail. The agonised looks of despair were pure Laurence Olivier. and here's the real kicker, they even paid him for it....oh dear oh dear oh dear anyone got a hanky....Oh sorry! was that one
lump or two rikki??........
