Manchester City Message Board
Mourinho, he who never 'fails' at Chelski....whilst he is able to spend more cash than the opposition.
Mourinho, he who has been sacked twice, whilst being in charge of high spending clubs.
Mourinho, the ultra sensitive one.
Rikki.....the really REALLY desperate ManUseless one.
Your opinion means nothing to me, therefore I feel no compunction to prove you wrong.
Neither do I fear a backlash of support for you/against me. You are sad old hound but I am still laughing at the communication mess up that was your Trek in Nepal.....when all the time you shoving coins in the machines at William Hill !!!
So Moanchester Ushyted are going to splash out a minimum of £70.2 million to keep Rooney at Old Toilet?
LMFAO!!! Looks like putting in transfer requests, sulking and giving the silent treatment works wonder for some footballers at the world's most fickle football club, first Rooney wrapped Fergie around his little finger (cows in a field, anyone?) and now he's went and done it to Moyes too!
You've got to give credit where credit is due to the fat, granny humping, ciggy smoking, pie munching, balding, lazy scouse fooker, he can certainly squeeze as much cash out of Moanchester Ushyted as he wants and the stupid, fickle fanbase there still chant his name and think he's marvellous!
Govinda, if you wish to end the senseless, uncalled for, insults from Dodgybanana, you'll need to change your avatar pic to one of a white man.
" it isn't a penalty for me as Suarez was trying to 'make a meal out of it' "
That has NOTHING to do with it, a penalty is a penalty, there is no law governing the way a player has to react.
I agree it could have been a penalty but I don't understand the relevance of the point. Are we saying refs never get any calls wrong? Are we saying Arsenal get more favorable penalty calls than other teams? Are we saying that was the only bad call by Webb?
We scored two goals from open play Liverpool would have needed 2 dumb penalties to tie the game and we would still have won the game because I am sure we would have scored a 3rd. We were the better team and made life a little difficult once we started to defend our lead making Liverpool look better than they were.
We won not sure if there is more of a story here than that.
I think Pelligrini and Wenger combined are proving to really irritate Mourinho with their dismissal of his remarks.
I wouldn't be surprised if Mourinho begins with the physical assaults in the near future, his frustrations erupting.
Why would anyone make such idiotic claim when the likes of Barca for example have Messi, Fabregas, Neymar, to name but three, on their books?
Keep up the good work, Rikki!
I think it is traditional to look at these high profile fixtures as though Arsenal are the far weaker team. Thing is Arsenal have lead the Prem for most of the season (and if more confident, would still be top!) and have also beaten the likes of Bayern and Barca in previous meetings, where almost every other team has failed. I feel Arsenal are far more likely to cause upset than most and I wouldn't be surprised if the lads raised their game and beat Bayern myself (naturally I wouldn't be surprised if the lads lost either).

Just read that Moyes has been assured by Moanchester Ushyted that they will back him to the hilt financially, I take it that means Moanchester Ushyted will revert to their usual tactics and BUY SUCCESS?
Nearly £30 million spent on Fellani and nearly £40 million spent on Mata already, plus there's Rooney's new £70.2 million contract to come and a £35 million plus bid on Eliaquim Mangala on it's way, yet Moanchester Ushyted fans whinge when City, Chelsea and Arsenal splash the cash?
Why is there always this different rule for the Moanchester Ushyted d!ckheads and a different rule for everybody else when it comes to splashing the cash, as in, it's ok if Moanchester Ushyted do it but it's not fair when anyone else does it?
....I know you're no "authority"...J A C K ....
....you can't tell your IRA from your INRA...can you tell your belly from your butt...?....you lie and misconstrue...
... yet you wonder that folk don't want to "debate" with you...?...maybe if they were nice to you...:( ?
...you sound more like Kipper every day....:)
I read an article that said he's "escaped" (not sure the person who shared, had the right to use that word) sanction / demotion, and will obviously be in the top flight this weekend. Regardless of whether Suarez embellishes or not (and he does far too much still), a penalty, is a penalty, even if there was one called 10 mins earlier..
The problem is, aside from any conspiracies, no ref in the EPL (maybe any league) wants to make that particular call, again, in that match. My personal 2 favorite refs are Mark Clattenburg and Phil Dowd.. I think Clattenburg, who's been in the middle of many on the field disputes, has the stones to make that call, and maybe Atkinson, who is the red card king.
Webb didn't have the balls, nor do 16/17 others.. In the NFL, the biggest, or smallest of Referee makes the call 10/10 times if they see it, because it's a penalty, it's the rules, and they don't care about any "repercussions" .. I think that's a stigma, EPL refs worry..
Part of Webb's problem is his Fergie sized ego. I can guess where he got it from too.
Clattenberg isn't popular here, especially at Southampton. Dowd seems ok to me.
Truth is that Webb believes he's bigger than the game being played and that's not right. The same can be said for many a player too. Referees, when doing their job well should be anonymous. Webb feels he needs to be at the forefront of everything.
It also doesn't help that there is little respect for them and the rules simply don't help the referee. It's one of the very few games where it's a benefit to show that you've been injured. In many other games it's taken as a sign of weakness. In football it's used to get an advantage.
