You write that no top manager would persist with Diaby and yet that is an unprovable statement. If Diaby was performing as well as say Veiria or Yaya Toure for example, when fit, i would bet just about any manager worth his salt would be loathe to give up on the guy.
You write that no top manager would have signed Kallstrom and indeed Wenger himself stated that he would not have, but time had run out. Top players are thin on the ground. Is that a hard concept to grasp? Same goes for the Bendtner situation BTW. The Higuain deal was not at all 'in the bag', the player has since said that he wanted to sign for Napoli, ahead of Arsenal, seemingly because of the clubs links with Maradona. Arsenal bid the amount needed to spark the clause in the Suarez contract, the Lpool chairman has since admitted that there indeed WAS a clause but that he didn't think it would stand up in court (or something like that).I think i am correct when i write that Man Utd have never payed £50M for a player, why do you seem to think Arsenal should have done so?
The Wenger knives are out again. The situation is frustrating, but a lot of #$%$ is being written IMO.

Wenger is honest about the performances, he has said the team were poor and Everton were deserved of the win. He also says he believes the results have a lot to do with a lack of confidence, and who can argue with that? Giroud looked absolutely fine earlier in the seasons, headlines along the lines of 'who needs a striker?' adorned the back pages. This team are good enough to thump Everton and Lpool and City and Chelski. Look at ManUseless, they are reigning champions and yet the same players have looked like second rate chumps for the most part.
Blaming the manager is easy. Yes, he is to blame, and he will take the blame, but that does not solve the situation. Wenger IS a top top manager.
Lastly, Wenger has tried to sign forwards, but, like others, has found that quality forwards do not grow on trees. Chelski are in exactly the same position with regards to the striking options.

Well i certainly didn't expect the lads to become so poor. Something is up when they can't raise themselves for the important games, no doubt about it. and it has now happened time and time again, and it is not as if the crowd have been on their backs either.
Soul destroying, for all concerned, i would hope.

Oh dear... Wrinkly OLD Rikk proves once again that he just isn't down with the kids.
'We're brilliant over ten gaaaaaaames!'

'we didn't need a manager ......we needed a manger'! Hmmmm...so according to Rikk, ManUseless don't need a football man in charge at all, they just need a trough, to feed the animals (unless he plans for the players to sleep in his manger, baby Jesus stylee).
'Maybe SAF wanted someone who would fail, not someone like Maureen who could have done better than him.'
Rikki lets slip that he realises what a selfish, nasty piece of work the slit eyed scot is.
'We done better over ten gaaaaames!'

And there's the rub Rikki. I really am not bothered enough to check the points.
The only points that bother me are the totals, and those of ManUseless, are HILARIOUS.

It is indeed highly unlikely that Arsenal will win the Prem and yes, they shot themselves in the foot, again this season. That's the most galling part for me. The lads were in the driving seat and could have, indeed, should have, put the pedal to the floor and disappeared out of sight.
We can take heart from the way we played yesterday though IMO. That was more like Arsenal playing to their true potential, the REAL Arsenal. Not the soft bellied lot that showed up against Lpool and Chelski and City earlier on.
This game is not only played with the feet, it is also played with the mind and, when Arsenal manage to conquer their own minds, they are a match for ANY team. The battle is so often 90% won before a ball is even kicked.
I'm gutted about the way the lads have fallen away this time. Gutted and frustrated, because they could very easily have walked it.
Wenger is correct when he says he has the team to win the Prem.
The team is certainly not 'a million miles away from winning the Prem' like some dopey ginger glory boy would have you believe.
Just when the knives were being sharpened for Wiley Wenger, just when his style of play was being written off, the lads, a much depleted squad BTW, outplayed the team thought of by many as the best in the Prem. Just when Mourinho was reaching for the silver polish, his dirty Russian lot get done, by the MIGHTY Palace.
Just when the ManUseless glory boys were emptying their pockets to show their 'support' for Moyes, that tripe managed to actually WIN (you eyes do not decieve, yes they got THREE points.) against a really s**t team, at OT. Just when Christopher was feeling all brave enough to post under a supposed secret ID.....his balls dropped off, AGAIN.
5 points between us and the top.
ALL to play for.

Oh dear. I should have guessed that you would try to twist the situation to meet your own, frankly pathetic agenda.
My post, as was OBVIOUS, was written to brig attetion to the abhorrent, degrading and disgusting remark made by Christopher.
I cannot make myself clearer.
I believe it is you who have the monkey avatar.
You really are very boring.

A conversation with you is like conversing with a two year old. You do something stupid, i tell you your actions are stupid and then you refute ever having acted that way in the first place, you poke your tongue out, call me some dumb s**t name and claim i did something i never did in a bid to make yourself feel better!
All i did was tell you to put your MONEY where your MOUTH is.
And you #$%$ your panties!!!
You are correct one ONE point, granted.
It is indeed...MOST AMUSING.

I await the evidence of my claiming the title Rikki, in November, or any other month.
You claimed ManUseless would be back to winning ways, and then skulked away when i suggested you put your money where that large mouth of yours was.
What a complete #$%$ you made yourself look in the process too!

Over the course of the season both Lpool and City have lost in similar circumstances to that of Arsenal last night. Luck plays its part. Ours has run out of late.
That said, i think Arsenal have been in relatively poor form since the turn of the year.
Stewards had to restrain glory supporters from ripping down the Moyes banner at OT last night.
HILARIOUS isn't it Rikki!?!?!
You got that bet on yet son!?!?!
PS. Where's your mate 'Piggy' dissapeared to!!?!?!
