We played bad, but we defended very well, and had a bit of luck, a year or so ago we would have lost this game, and the passing was bad, kept giving it back to them!. The main thing is we won, even ugly, love to see us play well, but am happy for the team, and keeps us in the race.

Giroud links up very well with others, and works very hard for the team. The one thing we miss even if he was not scoring is Walcott. When he played teams had the back four defending a lot lot deeper, once he was out, am sure everyone else noticed they then pushed up and made it harder for the midfield to work as space was shut down, also knowing that Giroud would not really get behind them. Walcott worries defences which in turn helps others to find space and at least have a go at goal. Have to say am surprised that we never went for an out and out goal scorer. Would he play Sanogo at all I wonder, I would prefer to see Pod let lose for awhile. As it stands Chelsea have dropped points tonight and it is all still open. Think we have to play a very high tempo game and hope we get a win. Hope the Liverpool game was a bad day at the office, everyone is dropping points at the moment, just get out there and try your best and see what happens.
