    Teams in the Premier League

    by Joey Jul 19, 2009 00:53

We all know this. The fans that speak out, however, tend to be from these 4 teams. There is news of the other teams, but since these 4 have the fan base and budget, (including Man City as of late), they get the most news coverage. People aren't going to write articles about X picking up Y for 200,000 Pounds when huge trades such and hearsay on trades like Alonso, Terry, Ronaldo, etc are rumored to be in excess of 12 mil. Sorry, but this is the way of the world. I agree, i hope that other teams can show some talent this year and make it interesting. Untill then, see you when man utd plays you.

    Michael Owen

    by LEEDSLOYAL Jul 29, 2009 01:12

I believe he does have the potential. You can tell that he is goal hungry, which is important in a player that can back up this playstyle. So far, Owen HAS backed it up. Also, Fergie has stated he wants a goal every 2 games from him. Based on his pre season barrage of goals this is possible in the EPL for him.
    Glory Glory Man United!!!!

    Becoming a fan in America

    by Sam Jul 3, 2009 00:39

To be honest, it's easy to start liking a team...I am new to the EPL as well (started watching last year). You instantly become a fan when you can identify all of the players and are genuinely interested in all games that a club plays. They play a lot of EPL games on one of the Fox channels...FSN or something like that. If you have extended cable, you could check up on it. Just start watching and you'll find a team.

    season 09/10

    by SIMON Jun 27, 2009 05:37

(ManUtd Fan) I agree. Liverpool made last season very interesting for us Man Utd. fans. It's hard for me to imagine a year when ManUtd won't be at least competing for the epl, but I think that it will not just be Liverpool we'll be competing with. I also think that signings in the near future could swing the advantage to any of the big 4 clubs.Overall, i am SERIOUSLY looking forward to the coming season.

  • What in the world has happened to Macheda for ManUtd? There is so much talk of ManU not buying players, but raising them instead, which I believe to be true...but in all the talk of ManU for next season, Macheda has not even been mentioned. What do you all think? Possible forward for next year? Fergie said that he "has showed he is ready".
