Eden Gardens erupts as Tendulkar gets wicket before tea in first India-WI Test match

Kolkata, Nov 6 (ANI): Sachin Tendulkar got a wicket while West Indies batsmen lost their early momentum by losing five wickets after lunch, as tea was called on the first day of their first Test against India, scoring 192/7. Debutant Mohammad Shami impressed by adding two more wickets to his tally to take it to three. Marlon Samuels scored an impressive 65 before Shami bowled him out. Shivnarine Chanderpaul remained at the crease before Tendulkar bowled a brilliant straighter delivery to fox West Indian spinner Shane Shillingford and get him out leg before wicket. (ANI)
