Cheltenham's Steve Elliott has tipped goalkeeper Jack Butland to go on to play at the highest level.
Defender Elliott has played alongside Butland for the past three months, during which time the 18-year-old has been on loan from Birmingham. Butland kept seven clean sheets in his 12 appearances before returning to St Andrew's and his team-mate saw enough in that relatively short period to suggest the stopper is destined for great things.
"I've travelled in with him most days and he's been saying that it's a fantastic chance to have competitive first-team games," he said. "For him it's good to have the experience of the tough, rough and tumble of League Two in front of good crowds."
Elliott added: "He's got everything in his locker he needs to make it. But I've seen a lot of young players who have got everything fall down because they lack the attitude. Jack's head is screwed on, he knows what he wants and what he has to do to get there.
"It is fantastic for someone of 18 to know what he wants and I think he has everything he needs to play at the very top level."
