Football - Cherries without Grabban

Bournemouth will be without top scorer Lewis Grabban as they look to bounce back from their midweek FA Cup exit at Walsall.

The Cherries were beaten 1-0 by Wigan in the third round replay on Tuesday night to end an 18-game unbeaten run since Eddie Howe returned to the south coast.

Grabban's knee injury rules him out of the trip while Josh McQuiod (calf) and Eunan O'Kane (foot) are both doubtful.

Southampton defender Dan Seaborne, who signed a loan deal with the club until the end of the season on Thursday, could come into the squad.

Fellow new arrival Ryan Fraser, signed from Aberdeen on Friday, could be involved if the winger's international clearance comes through in time.

One player set to return to the side is David James who has watched Shwan Jalal play in the cup competitions this season.
