Football - Grabban blow for Cherries

Bournemouth are likely to be without top scorer Lewis Grabban as they look to extend their unbeaten run to 18 games against Swindon.

The 24-year-old former Millwall striker, who has scored 10 goals this season, has not trained all week due to illness and is extremely doubtful to line up against Paolo Di Canio's men - who are just three points above the Cherries.

And manager Eddie Howe will decide whether to stick with Matt Tubbs and Josh McQuoid up front after the pair started in the 1-1 draw with Wigan or recall Brett Pitman in place of either of the forwards, while Wes Thomas could return to the squad.

Howe is also likely to recall David James to his starting line-up with Shwan Jalal getting the nod in the FA Cup draw, as he had in all the previous rounds.

Long-term absentees Shaun MacDonald, Darryl Flahavan and Stephen Purches remain sidelined along with Charlie Sheringham.
