The former Luton man played for an hour as managerless Town lost 3-0 to Birmingham on Wednesday night and caretaker boss Mark Cooper confirmed he earned another opportunity as he tries to impress the Sky Bet League One side.
"He looked alright on the ball, he looked very comfortable," Cooper told Dunstable Today. "He's started at Tottenham and he was at Brighton. He's a good footballer and worth another look.
"He knits things together. He gets the ball off the back four and knits it together. He's come and not trained for a while, he's not played and he's come in and done well. You can see that he's got ability.
"My only worry is in midfield size-wise that we're not the biggest and I think we might need to look at that a little bit. He's definitely worth another look."
