Football - Turton back for Crewe

Ollie Turton returns to contention for Crewe's trip to Valley Parade to face Bradford.

PA Sport Report

The defender has not featured for the Alex since October because of a knee injury but played for the club's under-21 side on Monday with no adverse reaction.

Striker Uche Ikpeazu scored in that game and the club are content with the progress he is making from an ankle injury while Mathias Pogba, who started for the first time this season against Sheffield United following his knee injury, has been wrapped in cotton wool at the start of this week to prepare him for the Bantams.

The Railwaymen's treatment table is not totally clear, though, with defender George Ray (ankle), forward Ryan Colclough (stomach) and striker Max Clayton (ankle) all still absent.
