The 26-year-old has made 10 appearances for the League Two club this term, with just four of those starts, while his last outing came at the start of October.
His solitary goal came in the 2-0 home victory over York towards the end of August.
Woodall joined the Daggers from non-league football in 2011 and finished his first season as the club's top goalscorer, finding the net 13 times. However, just two goals followed last season in a total of 32 appearances.
Dagenham boss Wayne Burnett told the club's official website: "I would like to wish Woodall all the very best and as his opportunities have been limited this season we felt it was best for both parties he looked to further his career with another club."
