The out-of-sorts hosts took the lead through a Ruben own goal following good work from the returning Patrick Ebert after just 11 minutes.
But early in the second half Sola pounced on a rebound to bring the visitors level, before turning the score completely on its head 10 minutes later from a Silva cross.
Miguel de las Cuevas ensured Osasuna left Jose Zorilla with all three points with a low finish on 69 minutes which puts them up to 15th in La Liga while Valladolid could yet be heavily involved in the relegation dogfight.
Real Valladolid are in 12th place with a record of nine wins, 12 losses and eight draws. Osasuna have a record of eight wins, 14 losses and seven draws this season, which puts them in 15th place, only four points above the relegation zone.
