The match between clubs from the country's biggest two cities, dubbed the 'Clasico' by the French, has been marred in recent years by clashes between rival fans.
PSG fans were not allowed to make the journey south for November's reverse fixture at the Stade Velodrome, which Marseille won 3-0.
It has now been confirmed that the same will happen for the match at the Parc des Princes on Sunday April 8 in a statement published in the government's Journal Officiel.
The statement reads: "On April 8, 2012, from midnight to midnight, moving individually or collectively, by any means, any person claiming to support Olympique de Marseille or behaving as such is prohibited between the municipalities of the department of Bouches-du-Rhone and the city of Paris."
The Ministry cited a "high risk of violence on the modes of transport or the routes taken by supporters of the club Olympique de Marseille to get to Paris".
