Marquez has been under close scrutiny from race direction as they believe he is not only very brave but rides completely on the limit most of the time. The organisation wants to ensure these type of incidents don't happen again.
It is thought that Marquez will have two points added to his licence to go with the two he incurred at Silverstone for not paying attention to yellow flags. That outcome means he will start from the back of the grid on Sunday and have to barge his way through. That won't cause any carnage, then.
Marquez is fairly laid back about the whole thing, saying: "I know there is a hearing set for Thursday with race direction to discuss the incident with Dani in Aragón, there is not much we can do, we need to wait and see what they say."
