Bristol City manager Derek McInnes is not ruling out the possibility of drafting in a loanee to cover for star winger Albert Adomah, who is set to represent Ghana at the African Cup of Nations.
Adomah has been an ever-present in the league for the Robins this season, scoring five goals, and his manager is conscious of the potential void he may leave in the side, should he be called up by Ghana boss Goran Stevanovic.
McInnes told the Bristol Evening Post: "It would be wrong not to look. Like anything in football management, you are constantly trying to cover yourself and I'm aware of what might happen. We also have good players within the club, but we also have to plan ahead for every eventuality."
