Centre James King, former Lion Andy Titterell and wing pair Mike Penn and Sep Visser are leaving Murrayfield, joining the already-confirmed exits of Allan Jacobsen, Netani Talei, Richie Rees and John Houston.
"It's always a shame to say farewell to players but it's in the nature of professional sport that we see people move on at this time of year, said interim coach Stevie Scott.
Of the quartet, only King has made a prolonged contribution having signed in 2010. Penn and Titterell have one-season deals while Visser has made eight appearances since 2011.
