The RFL broke new ground recently by inviting spectators to question referees over decisions made in matches and now they will put themselves in the firing line over the current policy review and planned competition revamp.
The most eye-catching of a series of proposals for change is a two-tier Super League of 12 clubs from 2015 which would split into three divisions of eight midway through the season.
Fans will have the opportunity to put questions on the subject to RFL chief executive Nigel Wood and chief operating officer Ralph Rimmer in an online question-and-answer session on the RFL's official website, www.therfl.co.uk, between 12pm and 1pm on Friday.
The RFL say fans are invited to submit their questions both in advance of the session and during the live conversation by tweeting the official RFL Twitter account @TheRFL using either hashtag #AskTheRFL or #RLPolicyReview.
"Questions responded to live during the one-hour window will be specific to the ongoing policy review consultation," a RFL spokesman said.
