The three-quarter, who was born in England but moved to Australia as a child and has since gone on to appear in five Tests for Steve McNamara's men, has committed himself to the Broncos until the end of 2017.

Reed, 24, began his career with Brisbane in 2011 and penned a new deal alongside utility player Matt Gillett.

"It is great to be able to have such a long agreement with the Broncos sorted out and to know that Matt and I are going to be on the same team for a long time to come yet," Reed said.
