Josh Charnley scored a brace of tries as Wigan defeated Salford

Wigan led 22-0 at the break with Sam Tomkins scoring one and having a hand in three others as they completely dominated a Salford side who looked out of their depth in defence and clueless in attack.

Josh Charnley scored a brace of tries, Tomkins added a second with additions from Ben Flower, Anthony Gelling, Liam Farrell, Lee Mossop and Blake Green as Charnley added five goals for the Warriors, while a late try from Adam Walne - converted by Marc Sneyd - was all Salford could manage in reply.
