Curci, who spent last season on loan with the Felsinei, has been confirmed by both Bologna and the Giallorossi as having his temporary deal with the Emilia-Romagna outfit extended by another 12 months.
As part of the agreement reached for the 27-year-old, Bologna have a purchase option of €1.2m (£1.03m) in place, which Roma can outbid next summer with a counter-option set at €2.5m (£2.1m).
Meanwhile, midfielder Brighi has returned to Torino on a permanent deal for an undisclosed amount, after spending last season on loan in Turin.
The 32-year-old is believed to have signed a one-year contract to continue with Giampiero Ventura’s side, with an option in place for a second year.
Elsewhere, Roma have also confirmed Marco D’Alessandro’s loan to Cesena and Jose Angel’s extended loan agreed last week at Real Sociedad.
