Kilner, who made his Olympic debut in Vancouver, edged out the experienced Dan Wakeham, who competed for Team GB at the 2006 Games in Turin, while Henry Shackleton completed the podium.
The 24-year old Scot has enjoyed a solid World Cup season, posting his best finish for three years with a tenth place in Utah last month.
And he insists he is on course for a second Olympic appearance in Sochi next year.
“I’m feeling good and it’s good to be back," he said.
"I’ve missed the last two BRITS as I separated my shoulder so I’m glad to come back, win it and get the title again.
"I’ve just come from a World Cup in Spain so it was a bit hit and miss as to whether I would be able to make the BRITS but I’m here and it’s great to ride with these guys.”
Rising star Katie Ormerod, 15, won the women's halfpipe while at the alpine skiing British Championships in Meribel, Jack Gower won the men's giant slalom and Natalie Beattie took the women's slalom title.
