Team owner Shaun Muir penned the deal at the power tool firm's Marlow headquarters late last week and is delighted to have secured their backing for both BSB and the roads for another year.
"The partnership has worked so much better than we ever thought possible. Milwaukee are over the moon with the reaction to the brand and to the results, especially after the Oulton Park successes," said Muir, speaking to bikesportnews.com.
"It is great to have so much stability within the team going into next season. I can start planning next year's activities now instead of having to panic as we get close to the end of the season.
"Obviously, I am not in a position to start naming riders but I can now at least begin to work out who we need on the BSB bikes and who will ride for us on the road. We will be running Ian Hutchinson as I have made a firm commitment to him about that, and the rest should fall into place sooner rather than later."
Muir currently has two BSB riders in James Ellison and Josh Waters. He also runs William Dunlop and Conor Cummins for the big international road races, which are very important to the Milwaukee top men.
