UFC 182 Fighter Salaries: Jon Jones Dwarfs $1.3 Million Payroll

Jon Jones continued his campaign to become known as the greatest fighter of all time by dispatching his “greatest threat” in Daniel Cormier at UFC 182 on Saturday night.

Not only did Jones top the bill, he easily topped the list of fighter payouts, nabbing half a million dollars in disclosed pay for beating Cormier.

Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, who derailed the Myles Jury train in the co-main event, was second on the list, earning $140,000.

The Nevada Athletic Commission on Monday revealed the full UFC 182: Jones vs. Cormier fighter salaries to MMAWeekly.com. The event took place on Saturday, Jan. 3, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
