A look at all the promotion and relegation permutations across the divisions this weekend.

PREMIER LEAGUE

Relegation

Wolves have been relegated. Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers occupy the other two drop-zone spots with two games left, while Aston Villa, Wigan Athletic and QPR remain at risk of taking their place.

CHAMPIONSHIP

Promotion

Reading (champions) and Southampton (runners-up) have been promoted.

Play-offs: West Ham, Birmingham City, Blackpool, Cardiff City

Relegation

Doncaster Rovers, Portsmouth and Coventry have been relegated.

LEAGUE ONE

Promotion

Charlton Athletic have been promoted as champions.

Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday are guaranteed play-off places, with the second automatic promotion slot to be decided on the final day of the season.

MK Dons and Huddersfield Town are also guaranteed play-off places, with the final spot up for grabs between Stevenage, Notts County and Carlisle United.

Relegation

Rochdale, Exeter, Chesterfield and Wycombe Wanderers have been relegated.

LEAGUE TWO

Promotion

Swindon Town have been promoted as champions.

Shrewsbury Town have been promoted as runners-up.

The third automatic promotion place will be decided on the last day between Crawley Town and Torquay United, who are level on 81 points. Both are confirmed in the play-offs, as are Southend United and Cheltenham Town. Crewe and Oxford contest the final play-off spot.

Relegation

Macclesfield Town have been relegated. Hereford United must win their final fixture of the season and hope Barnet fail to do the same to avoid joining them.
