Red Bull Cavemen is a new & unique sports event, where running, mountain biking & kayaking come together in an individual sprint triathlon.
It's an explosive, individual time trial along ascending slippery paths
and narrow caverns, where every single mistake is punished mercilessly
and where agility is an absolute must.
The race is run in the slippery, rocky caves of Han, Belgium, and is divided into 3 parts: mountain biking, running, and kayaking. Between the running & kayaking there is a ‘death-ride’, where athletes zipline from the higher part of the caves to the water.
