    • 80' Ref blows for full-time and England win 26-13. A decent enough effort from Johnson's men but they will be kicking themselves for conceding a try at the death. All credit to Samoa who proved difficult opponents, but England continue their learning curve with another victory at Twickenham. It was by no means a perfect performance but England tried a few new combinations and will take some important lessons from the game. Thanks for joining us.
    • 79' Samoa pinch an England scum, spread ball to the right and replacement Otto goes over in the corner to make it 26-13. Well played by the visitors.
    • 78' Stowers chips over England defence and catches his kick but loses the ball while going over the line. Unlucky for the London Irish number eight.
    • 78' This time Samoa get a shove on and win penalty from a scrum. They take quick tap as they look to finish game on a high. Another penalty for Samoa. Brave effort from the Islanders as the clock ticks down.
    • 77' Samoa bravely try to carry game to England but there are some tired bodies out there as they spill ball twice.
    • 76' Hodgson on at centre for Hape, Armitage for Ashton.
    • 73' Flood adds conversion and England lead 26-8.
    • 72' Samoa chasing the game now and Banahan intercepts, passes to Care who feeds Croft in support on the inside and the replacement canters over for their third try and his first for England. 24-8.
    • 71' England pinch scrum against the head. Fourie involved with some excellent carrying, Foden makes yards out wide and England awarded penalty for offside. Flood this time on target from in front of the posts to make it 19-8.
    • 68' Fourie forces turnover and Youngs clears the ball as England make three more changes - Croft on for Haskell, Attwood for Lawes and Care for Youngs. Johnson on for Perinise in Samoa front row.
    • 66' Fotuali'i makes lovely break as Samoa carry play into England's half. England pinch ball and Thompson kicks to touch. Daft, daft, daft from the England hooker who had his back three outside calling for the ball!
    • 66' England are throwing everything at Samoa here but their defence is outstanding, especially in midfield where Mapasua has been a giant!
    • 65' Foden is full of running as he again makes good ground, but his chip ahead is well fielded by Williams. England win lineout and drive towards Samoa line, but Palmer is penalised for holding on.
    • 63' Foden cuts open the Samoa defence and Cueto feeds Banahan in support who goes over try line, but again ref calls them back as Cueto's foot was in touch. Lovely effort from England's backs and especially Cueto.
    • 61' Cueto again bursts through midfield but is stopped in his tracks by a shuddering Williams tackle. Ball reaches Banahan on the other wing and the big Bath back makes good ground before being bundled into touch.
    • 60' England scrum again too much for the Samoans as they concede another penalty. This time Easter hands ball to Flood, but Leicester fly-half misses from out wide. Flood did not appear to agree with Easter's decision and that came through with his snapped kick!
    • 56' Cole on for Wilson and Thompson for Hartley.
    • 55' Lovely catch from restart by Easter and England spread ball wide to Cueto on the wing. Sheridan makes charge down middle, England tap and go from penalty as they look to continue momentum. Good rugby from England as they pick up pace of the game.
    • 54' Cueto again comes off his wing as England spread ball wide from scrum. Flood smashed to the ground but Samoa penalised for going over the top and chance for England to stretch their lead. Flood on target and England lead 16-8.
    • 50' Cueto evades flying tackle from replacement Paulo, who looks punch drunk after his kamikaze effort!
    • 48' Flood lands conversion to put England 13-8 ahead.
    • 48' England lose lineout on their throw and Samoa attack again. But England defence is good and they force Samoa into making error and hack the ball downfield. Another handy break from Cueto takes game to Samoa. Hape again makes break, feeds Asthon out wide and the wing passes back inside for Banahan to go over for England's first try. Great stuff from the home side who lead 11-8.
    • 45' Samoa pass goes astray so Mapasua tries drop at goal which drifts wide. Let off for England, who need to get their hands on the ball.
    • 42' Williams misses conversion from out wide after a shocking start from England. Lawes picks up injury at the restart as England are penalised and then marched back 10 metres for dissent.
    • 41' Hape is isloated and replacement Takori launches an attack which is finished off by full-back Williams as he goes over in the corner. England turned over in their 22 and Samoa lead 8-6.
    • 41' lavea gets the second half started for Samoa and immediately the visitors take the game to England.
    • 40' Ref blows for half-time and England lead 6-3. England guilty of being a little too ambitious at times, and maybe they should have used their set-piece advantage a little more. Johnson will insist they are clinical in the second half, but credit to the Samoa defence, which has been outstanding and typically brutal!
    • 39' Foden and Banahan attack from deep, Hape and Cueto continue the move. Lawes makes some hard yards, Fourie gets involved and England retain the ball well. But Samoa defence is good as Youngs switches with Flood, only for the fly-half to spill the ball. Samoa survive another attack.
    • 36' Freekick England and again they opt for a scrum as ref warns the Samoa skipper Schwalger. England get shove on and feed Cueto coming off his wing, but Mapasua smashes him in the tackle and chance goes begging. England should have kept it tight!
    • 34' England win throw and drive towards the Samoan line. Haskell is held up over the line and England have 5m scrum. Huge opportunity here for Johnson's men. Samoa collapse and Easter opts for another scrum from the penalty.
    • 32' Tuilagi produces a typical Samoan sidestep as he runs into Ashton and crashes the Saints wing backwards. But England force lineout and move ball slickly to Cueto on the other wing, who makes good ground. Samoa again infringe and Flood kicks to corner. England want a try before half time.
    • 29' Samoa offside and Youngs takes exception to Stowers and shoves him in the back. A wrestling bout breaks out between the two sides, but no punches are thrown and ref sticks with the original penalty. Flood finds touch in Samoa half.
    • 26' England putting huge pressure on Samoa scrum and they opt for another put in rather than taking penalty in front of posts. Banahan cuts a good line back inside and again Samoa are penalised. This time Flood takes shot at goal and England lead 6-3.
    • 25' Flood chips ahead and Hape gathers on the full to launch another England attack. Hape again involved later in the attack as he makes lovely break before popping ball up for Ashton, who sprints clear only for ref to call them back for forward pass. Excellent stuff from England.
    • 22' Tuilagi kicks downfield and Cueto is caught in possession - great chase from Mapasua and Samoa have another penalty and shot at goal, but he pulls his long effort and another let off for the home side.
    • 19' England win another penalty at the scrum and Flood kicks for the corner. Lawes wins throw and Banahan again tries to crash through midfield before losing the ball. England need to keep the ball better.
    • 18' England force a Samoa knock on in the centres and Fourie drives the ball up the middle before spilling it in the tackle. Perhaps Fourie could have fed his backs, but good power from the Leeds flanker
    • 17' England win a penalty after squeezing the Samoan set piece and chance for Flood to level the scores with a simple kick from in front of the posts, which he lands comfortably. 3-3.
    • 12' England continue to attack in Samoa's 22 with Sheridan making good yards in midfield before the ball is fed to Banahan on the charge. But England are penalised for crossing.
    • 11' Lovely break by Cueto in midfield and he spins the ball wide to Foden on the left wing. The Saints full-back gets over in the corner bu the video ref rightly rules that he was tackled into touch firt. Good effort from England.
    • 10' Mapasua pinged for holding on and chance for England to clear their lines, which Flood does up to Samoa's 10-yard line.
    • 9' Another penalty for Samoa as Hartley goes offside and the visitors find touch on England's 22.
    • 8' Williams off target this time and England let off the hook.
    • 7' Williams again involved as Samoa move the ball wide to Williams on the right wing. England have problems at the breakdown and Samoa have another penalty as they prevent the ball coming back. Lovely tap and go by Fotuali'i to set up the break by Williams.
    • 5' Great kick and Samoa lead 3-0.
    • 4' Samoa win their ball under pressure and move the ball through a number of phases - Banahan misses a tackle. Samoa win penalty and a first shot at goal for Paul Williams from wide out.
    • 2' England make a good start with Easter and Hape carrying well, but the move comes to an end as Hape knocks on. First scrum of the game, and England will look to get an advantage.
    • 1' Toby Flood gets the game underway. Can England maintain the progress made against the Wallabies last week?
    • - England faced the haka before going down to the All Blacks two weeks ago and now it's the turn of the Samoans to lay down the challenge with their own war dance - but the Twickenham faithful are doing their best to drown it out with their first rendition of Swing Low.
    • - Nor will England ignore the power of Leicester dangerman Alesani Tuilagi, while Wasps wing David Lemi has been one of the most effective finishers in the Premiership in recent seasons. Samoa are amongst he most physical teams in world rugby and England will take them lightly at their peril!
    • - England might be favourites but they know full well how dangerous this Samoa team can be, as they proved when they pushed Ireland close last weekend. A good few of the Samoans ply their trade in the Premiership and Europe, including the highly-dangerous London Irish pair Sailosi Mapasua and George Stowers.
    • - Also in the pack David Wilson comes in for Dan Cole, while Matt Banahan starts at outside centre in place of Mike Tindall.
    • - With one eye on next year's World Cup Johnson has made four changes to his starting XV, two in the back row with skipper Lewis Moody and Tom Croft rested and replaced by South African-born Hendre Fourie - making his first full debut - and James Haskell.
    • - England were magnificent last week as they beat the highly-fancied Wallabies at their own game, and despite Johnson's insistence that it was just one victory - albeit a very good one - fans of the red rose are expecting another win today, to make it two out of three so far this November.
    • - Good afternoon and welcome to Eurosport's live coverage of England v Samoa from Twickenham, where Martin Johnson's in-form side are looking to build on their thrilling victory over Australia last week.
