  1. 21:45 - So it will be world number one Rafael Nadal against world number two Roger Federer in the final tomorrow afternoon so join us again then for what promises to be a cracking match

  2. 4-6 - MATCH! Djokovic sends a forehand long to help Federer set up two match points ... but one is all he needs as the world number one reaches the final of the ATP World Tour Finals with an ace out wide

  3. 4-5 - BREAK! Federer has this pretty much wrapped up now as he takes all the pace off the ball for a neat little forehand volley that beats Djokovic to bring up another two break points. Djokovic saves the first with an inside out forehand across court that Federer can only return into the net. But he can do nothing about the second as Federer produces an off-forehand of his own, this one a return of serve across court that Djokovic cannot return. Fed will serve for the match after the change of ends

  4. 4-4 - An absolutely outstanding forehand winner across court from Djokovic that beats Federer for pace sees the Serb level at 30-30 and he levels once again at deuce when Federer hits a forehand wide after he had taken the lead once again. The world number two brings up another game point with an ace and the holds with a solid serve out wide that Djokovic can only return into the net

  5. 4-3 - Federer can smell victory now as he finds an inside out forehand winner to earn himself another three break points but Djokovic saves them all with a series of solid first serves and earns himself a game point with a tricky overhead that he proves to have caught the line on a hawkeye challenge despite the original call being "out". And Djokovic does take the lead once more in the set when Federer sends a backhand return into the net. The Serb is ahead in the set once more

  6. 3-3 - Federer rushes through a love service hold to complete his recover, a solid first serve and off-forehand winner combo sealing the game that now puts all the presssure back on Djokovic

  7. 3-2 - BREAK! A very poor volley from Djokovic that he fails to get back into play hands Federer a break back point. One chance is all Federer needs to get this clash back on track as he rushes the net and forces Djokovic to go for the passing shot - a passing shot he can only fire wide across court. We're back on serve now

  8. 3-1 - Federer gets off the mark with a hold to 15, along the way finding a cracking cross court forehand followed by a topsin drop shot down line, a shot so audacious that even Djokovic is left with a wry smile on his face

  9. 3-0 - Djokovic drops the first point with a forehand long before a double fault hands Federer a 0-30 lead. And the world number two even has a second serve to look at before Djokovic can recover with a forehand winner, solid first serve and a Federer forehand long to set up a game point. But a game point is what he gets and he takes full advantage with an inside out cross court forehand that Federer can only return long down the line helping the Serb consolidate the break

  10. 2-0 - BREAK! Djokovic earns himself an early break point as Federer struggles with his range early in this second set. But one chance is all the Serb needs as he produces a dipping forehand that Federer can only volley back into the net off the forehand wing

  11. 1-0 - Better from Djokovic as he holds for just the loss of just the one point to get the second set off to a solid start

  12. 1-6 - SET! Djokovic goes for too much on his looping cross court forehand (his easiest shot of the rally after some impressive defence) and that hands Federer his first set points. And, after just 31 minutes, Fed needs only the one chance as Djokovic's forehand return of serve drifts long and slightly wide

  13. 1-5 - BREAK! After a promising couple of games, Djokovic throws in a shocker and pushes a slack backhand long to hand Federer three points for the double break. Djokovic saves the first with a forehand approach shot before going on to also deny the world number two on the second and third. But Federer earns himself a fourth after dancing around the ball and finding a forehand winner down the line. And this time Fed does break when Nole volleys low into the net off the forehand wing

  14. 1-4 - Djokovic narrowly misses a backhand down the line and then has another backhand called long. The Serb challenges the second time and is proven correct to do so as he pushes Federer to deuce. He also saves a game point by moving up the court and drilling a forehand winner straight down the middle but Federer does recover to hold with a forehand winner of his own across court, after Djokovic had tamely dumped a forehand return into the net

  15. 1-3 - Again Djokovic finds himself pegged back to 30-30 by Federer but this time he earns himself a game point with the solid one-two of a heavy first serve and forehand winner, off the short return, that beats the world number one for pace. Federer levels up at deuce though with a ridiculous backhand winner down the line but hits wide with a backhand on the very next point. And the Serb goes on to hold with his second ace of the evening

  16. 0-3 - Federer picks a backhand drop shot up off his shoelaces, dinking it over the net for a winner, before a forehand stop volley earns him three game points to consolidate the break. A brilliant forehand return of serve down the line that goes for a winner gets Djokovic back into it before another solid one on to the baseline sees Federer hit long. But the world number two does hold at hte third attempt when Djokovic's foray into the net doesn't quite pay off and his shot fails to find the court

  17. 0-2 - BREAK! Federer works his way into the net behind a pretty solid forehand approach shot and although he doesn't put away his first volley, the Swiss world number two does find a backhand cross court volley winner to level at deuce. Djokovic then hands him an early break point with a forehand passing shot wide down the line and one chance is all Federer needs as the Serb hits into the net

  18. 0-1 - A very confident start from Federer (who expected anything else?) as he eases through a love service hold, sealing it with a cross court forehand winner that beats Djokovic for pace

  19. 0-0 - The players are just about to go - it will be world number two versus world number three and it will be Federer to get the clash underway by serving first after he won the toss ...

  20. 20:15 - These two have met each other 18 times before and for Novak Djokovic is does not make for particularly happy reading. Federer has 12 wins to his name while Djokovic has only six. They have met four times already this year, with Federer leading those head-to-heads by four victories to one including the last two, in Shanghai and Basel. Djokovic won the big one though, at the US Open. That was five thrilling sets in three hours and 44 minutes so lets hope we get another one like that

  21. 20:02 - The world number one and Scot Andy Murray played out a thrilling match earlier in the afternoon, lasting nearly three hours. Fingers crossed we get another match of as high quality as that one turned out to be. Click here for a full report on Nadal's victory

  22. 20:02 - So who will it be to face Raafel Nadal in tomorrow afternoon's final - Roger Federer or Novak Djokovic?

  23. 20:01 - Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage from this the second of the ATP World Tour Finals semi-finals from the O2 Arena in London
