  1. - - Next up for Murray will be the winner between world number two Rafael Nadal or French sixth seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, who play at 2am UK time (3am CET). We will have that match live as well so join us again then

  2. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 6-4 - GAME, SET & MATCH - An ace followed by a backhand wide down the line from Tipsarevic see Murray set up two match points ... But only one is needed when another lengthy rally ends when Tipso pulls the trigger on a forehand down the line, only to fire wide

  3. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 5-4 - Murray goes for broke on a series of returns but misses with almost all of them as Tipsarevic holds to force the Scot to serve out the match, which he will do after the change of ends

  4. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 5-3 - Tipsarevic puts some pressure on the Murray serve for the first real time in this set. A huge first serve gets Murray a game point but back-to-back huge backhands down the line do the damage for Tipso as he levels at deuce again. And a Murray forehand into the net hands Tipso a break point. He saves it with an ace and goes on to hold with another couple of good serves. Tipso will have to serve to stay in the match

  5. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 4-3 - Another blink-and-you'll-miss-it service hold from Tipsarevic, who seems to have re-discovered his best serves once again as an unreturnable serve seals the game for the Serb

  6. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 4-2 - Murray has an open court to aim at after pushing Tipsarevic wide but manages to send a shockingly lazy backhand volley long of the baseline. That's the first point Murray has dropped on serve in this final set. But he bounces back quickly and holds on the very next point with a smash winner

  7. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 3-2 - Much better from Tipsarevic as he holds to love to stop the rot, sealing the game with a blistering ace. He's still a break down but that will help his confidence no end

  8. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 3-1 - A great game from Murray to consolidate the break, a solid hold which culminates in a good first serve that Tipsarevic can only return out of play. Murray has now won seven of the last eight games and looks increasingly frustrated

  9. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 2-1 - BREAK - Tipsarevic saves a break point with a backhand down the line, forehand stop volley and forehand volley winner into the open court behind a scampering Murray. But the Scot gets a second chance and this time he does break when Tipsarevic sends a groundstroke well long (confirmed by Tipso's hawkeye challenge)

  10. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 1-1 - Murray races through a speedy service game to hold his first game of the set for the first time in the match, he dropped his opening service game of both the first and second sets

  11. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 0-1 - Murray does a good job of making Tipsarevic play a second smash but the Serb is equal to it, moving across to the acute angle and firing the ball back across court to hold for the opening game of this final set

  12. - - MURRAY 4-6 6-3 - SET - A third ace followed by a forehand winner sees Murray earn himself two set points. But only one is needed as he pushes Tipso wide with a great serve, followed by a forehand winner down the line well inside the line

  13. - - MURRAY 4-6 5-3 - BREAK - Murray hands Tipsarevic a game point when he slices a tame backhand drop shot into the net. But Tipsarevic sends a cross court backhand passing shot wide across court and Murray goes on to break when Tipso again hits into the net. Murray will serve for the second set next

  14. - - MURRAY 4-6 4-3 - Despite barely landing a first serve, Murray finds himself cruising towards a comfortable service hold at 40-0 up. But a series of errors, the latter of which is a forehand long, hand Tipso at chance at deuce. But finally a first serve helps the Scot as Tipso sends his forehand return long and Murray goes on to hold

  15. - - MURRAY 4-6 3-3 - BREAK - Neither man can hold serve now as Murray breaks back for a second time in this second set, Tipsarevic failing to find the court with another groundstroke

  16. - - MURRAY 4-6 2-3 - BREAK - Tipso squanders a first break point with a backhand that goes just very marginally wide down the line (confirmed by a hawkeye challenge from the Serb). But a fantastic point from Tipso seals the break at the second attempt, the Serb leaping all over a series of shorter balls from Murray before dinking a backhand volley across court on a neat angle

  17. - - MURRAY 4-6 2-2 - BREAK - Looks like the pills given to Murray by the doctor during his visit to the court are beginning to kick in as the Scot produces a second very good game in quick succession. A backhand winner from the world number four does the damage to bring up break point before a nervy looking Tipso sends the ball long to concede his serve

  18. - - MURRAY 4-6 1-2 - Murray produces one of his best backhands for some time, stepping inside the baseline and riffling the ball straight down the line. And he goes on to hold from there with a great first serve that Tipsarevic can't return in play

  19. - - MURRAY 4-6 0-2 - A sixth game in a row for Tipsarevic as Murray is beaten by his pace and fails to find the court with a cross court forehand. Tipso is firmly in the range and it's not looking good for Murray now

  20. - - Murray has called for the doctor during the change of ends and can be heard to say that he feels like he's going to throw up every time he hits the ball. He was seen holding his stomach a couple of times in the first set but his movement hasn't seemed too restricted by it. Not obviously anyway

  21. - - MURRAY 4-6 0-1 - BREAK - A blistering backhand winner straight down the line from Tipsarevic, quickly followed by a double fault from Murray, hands the Serb another two break points. The first is saved by the Scot when he wrong-foots Tipso on the baseline. But the Serb grabs the break at the second attempt when Tipso flings another backhand down the line which Murray can only defensively lob long

  22. - - MURRAY 4-6 - SET - Two very good first serves in a row from Tipsarevic bring up two set points ... but he only needs the one, smacking an ace down the centre of the court! Fantastic way to seal the first set for the Serb

  23. - MURRAY 4-5 - BREAK - Trouble on serve again for Murray as he first sends an agressive forehand wide down the line and then a backhand long. He nails the first serve and finds a off-forehand winner across court to get off the mark. But another groundstroke wide a couple of points later hands Tipso another break point and another missed forehand concedes the game. Tipso will serve for the set after the change of ends ...

  24. - - MURRAY 4-4 - Another more solid service hold from Tipsarevic once again sees him level up when Murray sends a return into the bottom of the net. Neither player are producing their best tennis so far today

  25. - - MURRAY 4-3 - BREAK - An absolutely stunning return from Tipsarevic brings up another break point. And he things he has it with a cross court forehand that both the Serb and the crowd think was a spectacular winner. The ball was called though and the call is proven correct Tipso challenges. Murray also saves a second break point with a serve and high forehand winner. But Tipso does break at the third attempt when Murray hits long

  26. - - MURRAY 4-2 - BREAK - Once again the wind seems to be playing a part down one end of the court in particular and Murray earns himself another break point with some great defence before Tipsarevic pulls the trigger on a forehand down the line only to hit into the net. And just like last time, Murray does break when the Serb again hits into the net, this time off the backhand wing

  27. - - MURRAY 3-2 - Murray has a bit of trouble, down 15-30, before being able to recover and hold when Tipsarevic fails to put his return back in play. Both players are struggling down the end that's against the wind. In fact this is the first game won by either player from down that end

  28. - - MURRAY 2-2 - Tipsarevic races through a service hold to love, sealing it with an unreturnable serve to level up and get this match well and truly back on serve

  29. - - Tipsarevic is just having a little maintenance to some taping on his ankles during the change of ends. He can be heard telling the trainer that it's just too tight so the tape is loosened and the Serb is ready to get going again without having an injury timeout

  30. - - MURRAY 2-1 - Better from Murray this time around, despite dropping the first point of the game after a cracking, albeit slightly lucky, backhand passing shot from Tipsarevic. He chased down the ball with ease and rattled his reponse across court only for it to catch the top of the tape and turn into an even better shot than it already was.

  31. - - MURRAY 1-1 - BREAK - Great from Murray working Tipsarevic from side to side, injecting a spot of extra pace on a forehand down the line to draw the error from the Serb and level at deuce. Another forehand down the line, this time after running around the ball, brings up a break point for Murray. And break back he does when Tipsarevic narrowly misses a cross court forehand after a lengthy rally

  32. - - MURRAY 0-1 - BREAK - A pretty sloppy start from Murray as Tipsarevic breaks with ease when the Scot sends a forehand long of the court. It is fairly windy in Miami today, more so than the last couple of days, so maybe it's just going to take the players a little while to adjust

  33. - - Here we go then, the players are ready and it will be Murray to get the clash underway by serving first ...

  34. - - It's another sunny day in Miami, surprise surprise, with temperatures around the 27 degrees mark. There's a few clouds but they aren't rain clouds so we shouldn't have any interruptions in this match

  35. - - The players are now on court and just getting their warm-up underway. Tipsarevic won the toss and opted to receive, so Murray chose the end from which he will begin the match

  36. - - These two players have met each other seven times before with Murray narrowly edging the head-to-heads with four wins to three. They only met once last year, at Queens, when Murray triumphed in straight sets. Other than that they have alternated wins, which bodes well for Tipsarevic as he is due a victory!

  37. - - Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage from the Miami Masters quarter-finals between fourth seed Andy Murray and Serbia's ninth seed Janko Tipsarevic
