  1. - - CILIC 6-4 4-6 6-2 - GAME, SET & MATCH! Aces numbers 10 and 11, back-to-back bring up a match point for the defending champion. And he does seal it at the first attempt, Hewitt just having run out of steam in that final set.

  2. - - CILIC 6-4 4-6 - SET! It's all been happening out on Court 1. Cilic went an early break up, Hewitt broke back, Hewitt had the trainer on, Hewitt broke again to go ahead and leave himself serving for the set only to be broken back by Cilic. But Hewitt then broke again when Cilic was serving to stay in the set and this match will now go into a third decisive set.

  3. - - CILIC 6-4 - SET! Cilic maintained his early break lead throughout that first set and has just served it out with just the one break as he continues his bid to defend his title. The Croat is potentially just one set from the final now.

  4. - - CILIC 2-1 - Hewitt takes the two points to get his side of the scoreboard ticking over. Cilic fails to get a drop shot from Aussie up before the second bounce to help Hewitt fashion a game point before a forehand winner seals the game.

  5. 17:46 - One camera has been moved to Court One in a bid to show some action, so we should be able to continue with our coverage of this match, assuming we get through the warm-up and actually get some more action.

  6. 17:31 - We will keep you updated on this clash as it progresses but with it being on a non-televised court we will only be able to see the major points. So in the meantime we will focus on Murray v Tsonga.

  7. 17:23 - Okay, this match is going to move to the non-televised Court One while Andy Murray and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga will come on to Centre Court as soon as they have dried the court out enough with their leaf-blowers and towels.

  8. 16:55 - The covers are coming off again, although the few spots of blue sky have now been replaced by white cloud. But at least it's not the dark cloud we have been seeing up until now.

  9. 16:39 - There are a few sections of blue sky now and the umbrellas have come down. Tournament organisers are optimistic there might be some more play in about 10-15 minutes time although there is still air being pumped onto the court under the covers so how long it will take to get the players back on court remains in doubt.

  10. 16:19 - It's absolutely pelting it down now. This is not looking good.

  11. 16:09 - It's pouring with rain now at Queen's, it's heavier than it has been at any other point in the day. It's highly unlikely that there will be any play before 5pm at the earliest so settle it and get yourselves a cup of tea.

  12. - - That's it for now though. The rain has started falling, the net is being taken down and play has been suspended once again.

  13. - - CILIC 2-0 40-40 - Cilic quickly finds himself with another couple of break points. The first goes begging when the Croat sends a forehand long while Hewitt saves the second with a sliced backhand that stays low and is returning into the net by Cilic. The Aussie brings up game point with a perfect drop shot and lob winner combo but Cilic denies him with an inside-out forehand winner off a shorter ball.

  14. - - CILIC 2-0 - It is very windy at Queen's at the moment and so far it's Cilic that is dealing better with the circumstances as he holds to 15 to consolidate the early break, Hewitt slicing a low backhand into the net to end the game.

  15. - - CILIC 1-0 - BREAK! Hewitt opens with a double fault and then throws in another before levelling at 30-30 with a serve that the wind catches and takes well away from Cilic. A backhand down the line that Cilic can only return short of the net brings up a game point for Hewitt before an exchange in the net ends in Cilic's favour when Hewitt's backhand half-volley, the ball behind him, is netted. Another double hands Cilic a break point, which he grabs with a backhand winner down the line.

  16. 15:24 - There are lots of sweaters and coats being put on by the spectators and Cilic is looking up at the sky but it does look like we are going to get some play as the warm-up is over and the players are just about ready to go.

  17. 15:15 - The players are back out on court and are just getting the warm-up underway. Let's hope we get further this time than the first time they came out on court.

  18. 14:57 - The covers are coming back off again now. Don't get too excited just yet then. Let's wait until we actually get players on the court and ready to hit their first serve before we really get optimistic that there will be some action.

  19. 14:43 - False alarm. It's raining again and play has been further postponed. They got to cover back on to the court but they didn't get it up before the rain began to come down again.

  20. 14:29 - The groundstaff are out on court and walking over the covers to get the remaining air out of them. There's also a hint of some blue sky above, just breaking through the dark cloud that remains in the surrounding areas. Immediately over Queen's though there is blue sky and the covers are now coming off.

  21. 14:23 - The umbrellas have gone back up once again for the few hardy spectators who have stayed in their seats, braving conditions.

  22. 14:08 - The umbrellas are coming down in the crowd although there are no signs of the groundstaff just yet and the sky above remains very grey.

  23. 13:59 - It's never a good sign when they start blowing air underneath the covers to lift them off the court in a bid to keep the grass as dry as possible. But that's exactly what's happening now at Queen's.

  24. 13:54 - The forecast suggests there might be a dry window between 3pm and 5pm UK time but that is about it as the rain is then forecast to return and remain until about 9pm. It's looking like we will be lucky to get through both semi-finals today.

  25. 13:52 - It's not looking great as the groundstaff come back on to the court to remove the lines-judge chairs and advertising hoarding that sees around their feet before shoring up the covers around the edges of the court.

  26. 13:38 - The rain has eased slightly in the last minute but there are still a few drops coming down, enough to keep the umbrellas up in the crowd and the covers on the court.

  27. 13:34 - The news is not good I'm afraid. It's raining. The warm-up only about half way through the players have been sent scampering off and the covers dragged over the court. This match will be delayed.

  28. 13:22 - Cilic won the spin of the coin and chose to put Hewitt in to serve first and the warm-ups are just getting underway now.

  29. - - Cilic, meanwhile, has quietly moved through the draw (as he always does) in a bid to defend his title. He has wracked up quietly impressive wins over tricky Spaniard Feliciano Lopez, who had to qualify this year, and second seed Tomas Berdych in the past two rounds to set up this meeting with the Aussie.

  30. - - Hewitt is going for an unprecedented fifth title at Queen's this week and has rolled back the years with very impressive victories over Grigor Dimitrov, Sam Querrey and Juan Martin Del Potro on his way through to this semi-final stage.

  31. - - Don't forget you can follow this match LIVE in HD on British Eurosport. Or, alternatively, you can follow all the action LIVE on the Eurosport Player.

  32. - - These two have only met each other once before, amazingly. Even more surprisingly, that one meeting came on the grass at last year's Olympics and it was Hewiit who triumphed in straight sets that day.

  33. - - This clash features two past champions at the Queen's Club. It's defending champ, and fifth seed, Marin Cilic v resurgent four-times former champion Lleyton Hewitt.

  34. - - Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage from the first of the semi-finals at the AEGON Championships.
