New California labor law threatens goat herders' business

With Northern California under the threat of wildfires and grass fires as warmer days are ahead, many businesses and cities are turning to goats to get rid of the dry brush. But now that's under threat by a new labor law. The city of West Sacramento pays Tim Arrowsmith of Western Grazers about $150,000 a year for hundreds of goats to eat the overgrown grass and vegetation. More here:
