Community leaders fear escalation by armed man

Some community leaders in Anne Arundel County are concerned about how things could escalate at a school bus stop between parents and a man armed with an AR-15. The 11 News I-Team reported last week about J'den McAdory, the armed man, who has shown up to a school bus stop in Severn for months. McAdory has told the I-Team that he's protesting Gov. Wes Moore's new gun control law. Community leaders responded this week by denouncing McAdory's actions. Rickey Jones, with the Anne Arundel County branch of the NAACP, called the situation a powder keg. Attorney Daryl Jones said McAdory's actions are those of a vigilante, and he said that could lead to dangerous places.
