Hail Falls in Birmingham Area as Thunderstorms Hit Alabama

Hail fell in the suburbs of Birmingham, Alabama, on Tuesday, May 16, as thunderstorms affected the area.

The thunderstorms, which were expected to last until the early afternoon, could bring wind gusts of up to 60 miles per hour and quarter-sized hail, the National Weather Service said.
