Migrant crisis drives NYC to 'breaking point'

New York City Deputy Mayor Anne Williams-Isom urged state and federal governments to help with influx of asylum seekers during a briefing on May 17. More than 67,000 migrants flooded into the city over the last year in a crisis that will cost taxpayers $4.3 billion, Williams-Isom said.
