Tiny Bear Cubs Climb Tree at Impressive Speed in Gatlinburg

Four tiny bears were spotted acrobatically racing up a tree in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, in late May.

Jill Richards recorded this video, and told Storyful they were sitting on the porch of the cabin they rented when they heard something in the bushes.

“I was like, ‘Oh, is that a bear?’ – joking – and it actually was!” Richards said. “We were trying to be really present in the moment because we were in awe, but I was like, ‘I’ve got to record this.’”

The video shows four small black bears climbing and playing around a tree as the mother bear keeps watch.
