A Sydney man has beaten mobile phone driving charges after using what's been dubbed as "Le Snak defense." The 35-year-old driver was fined $375 and docked five demerit points after being accused of holding his phone. However, he won against the state's high-tech phone detection cameras after proving he was holding a Le Snak style cheese dip packet rather than a mobile.

Keepers at Werribee Open Range Zoo in Victoria, Australia have made allergy season easier for a Southern white rhinoceros who suffers from eyesores in spring and summer. Footage shows 31-year-old rhino, Lataba, voluntarily accepting the seasonal allergy treatment after months of training.
