Steeplechaser Katy Andrews has become an internet star after her hilarious crash during a race at Brigham Young University in Utah.
Andrews was taking part in a 3,000m race when this happened:
Despite having landed on her head and getting soaked to the skin, Andrews immediately started chuckling at her own blunder.
She bravely picked herself up and carried on - then later decided to share her moment with the world via a video sharing site.
"I think I caught the toe of my spike a couple steps before the barrier," she later explained.
"I don't remember smacking the barrier, only being completely submerged in the water -ha ha!"
