UFC Fight Night 47 Attendance and Gate: Maine Card Cracks $300,000

The UFC attracted a total of 5,329 spectators to the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, ME, for UFC Fight Night 47 on Saturday night.

With Ryan Bader and Ovince St. Preux headlining the card, the gate earned a total amount of $321,470.

In the main event, Bader utilized his wrestling to control St. Preux for a majority of their five-round affair. In the end, Bader collected a unanimous decision with scores of 48-47, 49-46 and 49-46.

In the co-main event, longtime veteran Gray Maynard suffered the fourth knockout loss in his last five fights, dropping his contest to Ross Pearson. Maynard ate a left hook that sent him crashing to the canvas, where Pearson pursued and finished the fight with strikes on the ground in the second round.

Other main-card winners included Tim Boetsch, Alan Jouban, Shawn Jordan and Thiago Tavares.
