Immigration attorney explains what's next for migrants at the border after Title 42 expires

Title 8 could potentially bring more severe consequences to migrants entering the country without a legal basis, Maricela De La Cruz reports. "There's a lot of talk from the [Biden] administration confirming that they will be prosecuting anybody who re-enters unlawfully, they will be criminally prosecuting them so we are going to see a big uptick in criminal prosecutions," said immigration attorney, Priscilla Higuera.
